He sure is optimistic about it, and I'm sure there will be cases where it works out just like that, but it seems to me that them there internets are just as able to mislead as they are to provide genuine transparency. And that same transparency brings to mind issues of privacy,google's street view for example has been catching mad flak, yo.
Yeah, Hillary's transparency isn't doing much for her honesty avoidance issues.
