John Lennon would have been 66 years old today.

Happy Birthday Matty D. I've known you longer than I've known there was a band called The Beatles.

Someone should write a book about all of these wonderful departed artists, you know sort of a whatifography.. what if they were still around. What would their stories have been?
Would Hendrix jam with John? Would Janis run for Congress after rehab? Would Sofa become a religious icon?
Speaking of Sofa, the 16th passed and I didn't remember to remember his passing this year... I still miss him. Some video memories of him are up on our myspace.com/marsarizona page in the "Voyeur" video. Mom mom passed LAST year on the 17th of November. Fall has been a sad time for a few years now... but invigorating at the same time. All things must pass... now who's going to write that book?? Dean?

In case you want my email address back it's paul@marsarizona.com... sorry to hear about your hard drive meltdown.

Cheers!

Some time ago, Guitar Player had a 'what-if interview' with Hendrix - on what would have been his 60th b'day, I believe.

It was pretty good too. They 'reminisced' about his 'dramatic evolution' after Rainbow Bridge era. As if the best was yet to come. Ah well.

Have a good fall, amigo. Hope we can catch up with you sometime soon.
