Giving Spiral - have, or attend, a relief effort garage sale in the next three weekends. Since the Red Cross has been soliciting and accepting only cash donations, there's plenty of stuff that people want to give, but they have no organized outlet able to effectively deal with it. So, instead, just sell that stuff and give the money to the Red Cross.
