Bulk Pasta Processing

Well, we learned something today. You can't use a PastaMatic for linguine production. It works (worked) great for making a pound of pasta at a time. But run the thing in continuous mode, like if you want to feed more than 4 people and ...it gets hot. And when it gets hot, the dough sort of begins to...bake. Everything jams up. I took a hammer to it. You can guess to what end.

Oh well, it served us well, for a while.
