No power scotty

It took 36 hours to get our power back on, here at slipping acres, after thursday's storm. Two night's by candlelight, a defrosted refrigerator & no phone (well, we had cellular). Not exactly dire straits, when there's pizza delivery.

Three inches of rain - the most in two years. A good soak. Things look very fresh today.
